Citrus Cactus recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz silver tequila
1 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1 tsp egg white
1 tsp grenadine syrup
Method: Shake and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
Serve: Cocktail Glass

Ingredients:
1 oz dark rum
1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
2 tsp Galliano® herbal liqueur
4 oz hot chocolate
2 oz whipped heavy cream
1/4 tsp grated, bittersweet chocolate
Method: Pour the rum, bourbon whiskey, galliano and hot chocolate into an irish coffee cup or glass. Spoon the cream carefully so that it floats on top of the drink. Garnish with grated chocolate shavings, and serve.
Serve: Irish Coffee Cup
Grape Beam recipe
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz Jim Beam® bourbon whiskey
8 oz grape soda
Method: Pour Jim Beam bourbon whiskey into a collins glass filled with ice. Fill with grape soda, and serve.
